- Start the day off with a breakfast.
- The best way to lose fat is through a healthy diet and regular exercise.
- Eating fatty foods nor spicy foods before bed is not a good habit.
- Slow down, relax, chew your food and enjoy the taste of what your eating.
- Take at least 8 to 10 glasses of water a day.
- Fruits and vegetable flavored does not count.
- Avoid refined processed foods, eat less animal products instead eat more natural goods: vegetables and fruits which are high in fiber.
- Give up coffee, tea and other drinks which contain stimulants such as caffeine.
- Say No to instant foods.. INSTANT FOODS+ INSTANT FOODS = INSTANT LIFE.
